Is Mara River Wildebeest Crossings happening right now?

As of today, out of season, returns ~July. Earth Exhibit tracks the live conditions and flags it the moment it is on.

Each year during the Serengeti-Mara Great Migration, hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and accompanying zebras and gazelles move into and across the Masai Mara, creating intense river-crossing events on the Mara River.

Crossings are driven by herd movements and water and graze availability, and are among the most dramatic large-mammal wildlife spectacles on Earth.
