As of today, out of season, returns ~April. Earth Exhibit tracks the live conditions and flags it the moment it is on.
The Lyrids are an annual meteor shower produced by dust from comet C/1861 G1 Thatcher.
Activity runs for roughly two weeks each April, with a typical zenithal hourly rate of 10-20 meteors and a reliable peak around April 21-22.
Occasional outbursts have produced much higher rates in historical records.
