Each austral summer the alpine herbfields and feldmarks of Kosciuszko National Park erupt in bloom.
Hundreds of native species, including daisies, triggerplants, and pea-flowers, create colorful carpets from lower subalpine meadows up to the Main Range.
Timing is driven by snowmelt and elevation.
