Is Farasan Islands gazelle (Farasani / idmi population) happening right now?

As of today, out of season, returns ~October. Earth Exhibit tracks the live conditions and flags it the moment it is on.

The Farasan gazelle is the locally endemic form of mountain/Arabian gazelle that persists on Farasan Al Kabir (the main Farasan Island).

This population is resident year-round (not a long-distance migrant).

It represents the largest wild concentration of this taxon in Saudi Arabia and is a conservation priority within the Farasan Islands Protected Area.
