Is Dadia Forest Raptor Migration Bottleneck happening right now?

As of today, out of season, returns ~August. Earth Exhibit tracks the live conditions and flags it the moment it is on.

Each late summer and autumn, tens of thousands of migrating birds of prey concentrate along the ridges and thermals of the Dadia-Lefkimi-Soufli National Park in Evros, northeastern Greece.

The geography and prevailing winds channel migrants into a narrow flyway, producing reliable daytime kettles of eagles, buzzards, harriers and vultures for several weeks.
