Is Cox's Bazar red ghost crabs happening right now?

As of today, out of season, returns ~March. Earth Exhibit tracks the live conditions and flags it the moment it is on.

Red ghost crabs (Ocypode macrocera) form dense, visible aggregations on stretches of Cox's Bazar coastline, especially on coral-strewn beaches such as Inani and Patuartek.

This is not a single-day mass migration like Christmas Island; crabs are present year-round with daily peaks in activity at dawn and late afternoon and seasonal breeding intensity that shows spring and late-monsoon peaks.
