Chaka Salt Lake (茶卡盐湖), on the Qinghai Plateau in Wulan County, Qinghai Province, is a shallow, saline, endorheic lake whose calm surface produces mirror-like reflections of sky and mountains.
The lake is developed as a scenic area with boardwalks, viewing platforms, a narrow-gauge tourist train, and facilities for photographers and day visitors.
